Since 2009, Reliable Imaging has been a company that sells compatible ink & toner cartridges for printers, copiers and fax machines to businesses nationwide. We are in a new location in the Hollywood area of Los Angeles, CA.
The job is making outbound sales calls and/or information gathering calls (cold calls) 7 hours a day Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:15am-4:15pm PST. We provide leads (cold), written material (scripts) as well as audio training and a sales training/coaching model. Call 323-645-7258 for a quick phone interview.

Job Responsibilities
- Contacting potential customers to inform them about our company’s products and services using scripts
- Answering questions about products and the company
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Job brief
We are looking for enthusiastic people to generate sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales over the phone and beginning customer relationships.
An effective salesperson must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products and services over the phone as well as dealing with objections or doubts.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in new customers and maintaining business relationships.
Responsibilities
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of the English language and the ability to speak professionally by telephone in a corporate business environment
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Punctual, reliable and teachable. Willing to memorize and practice written material.
*Starting at $20/hour, compensation is negotiable based on experience and skill level. Commission, bonuses, benefits and flexible schedule options available for qualified individuals.
